At Rock and Soul Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your equipment isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
